Although this wasn’t the fight that people wanted to see, although, people said they weren’t going to watch this fight, everybody was tuned in Saturday night to witness this fight. After a legal Suckerpunch to Ortiz in the 4th round, a controversial win was given to Floyd Mayweather, making him, still, undefeated.

We have come a long way in the last few years since we first opened the 2609 Dunlavy location. We’ve witnessed arguments with customers trying to return items that we couldn’t accept since we don’t accept refunds. We’ve witnessed a hurricane that put Houston to a stop, the election of the first African American President, seen brands, like people, come and go, and have had the privilege to meet new people. So in homage to the 2609, enjoy the daily photos and clips to show our appreciation to our original home.

Jay Giroux, along with Andrew Jessup and their team of leprechaun builders, crafted all of our fixtures in a miraculous amount of time. Jay also designed the sick wallpaper graphic. That guy Jay can pretty much do anything.
